- Kathmandu, January 12 — Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane is to remain in police custody at the District Police Range, Kathmandu.
Lamichhane waved to his supporters as he exited the court.
District Judge Madhav Prasad Adhikari's bench had earlier issued an order placing Lamichhane under police custody.
